When placing an order with MEGAN & CO., you agree to all the terms outlined in our “Shipping Policies” below, please read carefully. Shipping options may be selected at checkout with our Carrier Calculated Shipping drop down menu.
At MEGAN & CO. Herbal Apothecary and Clinic we processes shipping orders Tuesday-Friday, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. CST.
Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery time is calculated in accordance with business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Please note, delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed even if an expedited shipping method is selected. Delays may occur. Delivery times are estimations.
Due to Federal regulations, some essential oils cannot be expedited and must be shipped UPS Ground. We will automatically adjust the shipping carrier to UPS Ground with specific essential oil.
If your parcel is visibly damaged or does not contain the contents you ordered, please retain the package in your possession and notify us via email: [email protected] so that we may resolve the problem.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. When your order arrives, please check purchased items and contact us immediately if there are any questions or concerns. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Please provide copy of receipt with return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless it is our error.
