Actions: Muscle relaxant, Anti-inflammatory, Detoxifying, Electrolyte regulator, Nervine/sedative, Skin soothing, Antispasmodic. When used topically, it may relax tense muscles, reduce soreness, and ease joint discomfort. Traditionally used to calm overactive nerves, offering support in conditions related to stress, anxiety, and tension. Also known to soothe inflammation and promote healing in minor wounds, eczema, and psoriasis. 

Caution: While generally well-tolerated, very hot baths with Epsom salts should be avoided, as they may cause dizziness, excessive sweating, or dehydration. Although rare, topical use may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.*
