Directions for use

As a dietary supplement, use daily for up to 2 weeks.
1) Bring 8 oz water to boil or warm milk.
2) Add 1/2 Tablespoons powder blend into water or milk of choice.
3) Blend powder with liquid until well mixed.
4) Drink and enjoy!

To avoid oxidation store in airtight container away from light at room temperature 59-75F.
