Directions for use

As a dietary supplement, drink 1-2 servings daily. Drink as a hot or iced tea.

✅ Add 1 tablespoon of loose-leaf tea blend to your infuser or strainer.
✅ Place your infuser in your favorite tea mug.
✅ Bring 8 oz. of water to a boil.
✅ Pour boiled water over the tea blend.
✅ Cover and let steep for 8-10 minutes.
✅ Strain herbs and enjoy!
