It fills our glass jar and comes in a kraft bag, carefully labeled and complete with brewing instructions.

Directions for use

As a dietary supplement, drink 10-15 minutes before bed.

✅ Add 1 tablespoon of loose-leaf tea to an infuser or strainer.
✅ Pour 8 oz of boiling water, cover, and steep for 10–12 minutes.
✅ Strain and enjoy.

Puts me to Sleep!

Love this stuff! Have gotten it multiple times and the refill option is great! On those nights that I can't wind down I just make a cup of this and it helps me relax and go to sleep.
