Directions for use

Drink daily in the morning or early afternoon; 1-2 Servings Daily.
). Add 1 Tablespoons loose leaf tea blend to your infuser or strainer. Place your infuser in your favorite tea mug.
2) Bring 8 oz water to boil.
3) Pour boiled water over tea blend.
4) Cover and let steep for 8-10 minutes.
5) Strain herbs and enjoy!

To avoid oxidation store in airtight container away from light at room temperature 59-75F.
