Actions: Demulcent, Anti-inflammatory, Adrenal tonic, Expectorant, Antiviral and antimicrobial, Antispasmodic, Mild laxative, Sweet harmonizer. Known to soothe irritated tissues and support expectoration, easing inflammation and nurturing the mucosal lining. Also recognized for modulating adrenal function and cortisol metabolism. Additionally, it is known to support both the immune and reproductive systems.*
