𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Demulcent, Emollient, Anti-inflammatory, Vulnerary, Soothing expectorant, Cooling diuretic. Generally considered very safe, including for children and during pregnancy.

Cold infusions are ideal for preserving mucilage content, while hot infusions provide mild anti-inflammatory benefits.
